The listed Structure has been deemed surplus by the the ministry of Transportation & Economic Corridors - Construction and Maintenance Division and "His Majesty the King in Right of Alberta", as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Economic Corridors seeks bids to purchase this Structure, dismantle it and moving the structure to a new location determined by the purchaser.
The Structure is located within the province of Alberta, and the Vendor is the owner of the Structure. the land (i.e. real property) is Not included in this Auction.
The structure will be sold on an "as is, where is" basis and there is no expressed or implied warranty or fitness for any purpose. Transportation and Economic Corridors will have all utilities disconnected prior to the Structure being moved or dismantled on site. Bidders must conduct their own assessments of the Structure with respect to their needs, logistics of relocating the Structure, costs of relocation, and availability of third-party contractors to relocate the Structure, if required.
Important note: In the case of conflicts or discrepancies among the "Purchase and Sale Agreement" document and the "Alberta Online Auction Terms and conditions of Use", the "Conditions of Sale", "Additional Conditions" or any other document, the Purchase and Sale Agreement" shall take precedence and govern.

Note: The Successful Bidder must have adequate trailer(s), all the equipment and tools, along with the required personnel to successfully dismantle and remove this structure from its location.
Moving Security:
A $5,000 Moving Security will be paid by the Successful Bidder means of either a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft, it must be made payable to "The Government of Alberta" within 10 days of this auctions closure.
A Moving Security guarantees that the successful bidder will perform as obligated under the agreement and in accordance with this Auctions Purchase & Sale Agreement. Upon inspection of the area the Moving Security will then be returned to the Successful Bidder. A Moving Security is issued to guarantee the satisfactory completion of this project.
The Project is to ensure this structure is removed in its entirety and the area of which it sat must be left in satisfactory condition
