     List of Deficiencies:
  • Some siding along the bottom portion of the home has fallen off, but pieces are available that have fallen off
  • Wood fireplace that was removed from the west side of the house, the stack still exists, has some soffit removed with an area on the roof requiring a patch and some shingles to seal up.
On November 14th-2025 the Property Manager from the ministry of Transportation and Economic Corridors had Enviro Pros Consulting provide a Hazardous Building Materials Assessment Report for the following building, this report will be attached below with the Purchase & Sale Agreement. Please ensure you read this report prior to any renovations on this structure.

  The listed Structure has been deemed surplus by the the ministry of Transportation & Economic Corridors - Construction and Maintenance Division and "His Majesty the King in Right of Alberta", as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Economic Corridors seeks bids to purchase the Structure, detach it from the foundation by lifting/raising, and move the Structure to a new location determined by the purchaser. 

     The Structure is located within the province of Alberta, and the Vendor is the owner of the Structure. the land (i.e. real property) is Not included in this Auction. The structure will be sold on an "as is, where is" basis and there is no expressed or implied warranty or fitness for any purpose. Transportation and Economic Corridors will have all utilities disconnected prior to the Structure being removed from the site. Bidders must conduct their own assessments of the Structure with respect to their needs, logistics of relocating the Structure, costs of relocation, and availability of third-party contractors to relocate the Structure, if required.

  Important noteIn the case of conflicts or discrepancies among the "Purchase and Sale Agreement" document and the "Alberta Online Auction Terms and conditions of Use", the "Conditions of Sale", "Additional Conditions" or any other document, the Purchase and Sale Agreement" shall take precedence and govern.

 Please note: * Due diligence of inspecting the structure(s) and moving logistics must be performed prior to the auctions closing date 

Note: The Successful Bidder must have adequate trailer(s), all the equipment and tools, along with the required personnel to successfully remove this structure from its location.

 Moving Security: 
      A $5,000 Moving Security will be paid by the Successful Bidder means of either a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft, it must be made payable to "The Government of Albertawithin 10 days of this auctions closure. 
       A Moving Security guarantees that the successful bidder will perform as obligated under the agreement and in accordance with this Auctions Purchase & Sale Agreement. Upon inspection of the area the Moving Security will then be held onto then returned to the Successful Bidder. A Moving Security is issued to guarantee the satisfactory completion of this project.

    The Project is to ensure this structure is removed in its entirety and the area of which it sat must be left in satisfactory condition
