Mechanical condition: Poor - Trailers not in towing condition and has been deemed unsafe to pull away in its current condition, requires axle and top deck work-unit must be loaded onto another flat bed trailer and safely hauled away from location
Tire condition: Fair - both tires appear to be inflated in fair condition
Electrical condition: Unknown - no mention if brake lights work
