Item Details

This List of trusses and components would likely correspond to a 12ft. wide garage or shed truss package

14 - Trusses (12 ft.) designed to be spaced on 24" centers
2 - End Caps - Used for the front and rear gable walls where the trusses attach to the wall framing
20 - 2 x 4 x 38" - These are lookouts or gable overhang ladders, spaced to support 12" roof overhang
4 - 2 x 6 Pieces are likely your sub-fascia boards, also called sub-gables or fly rafters

These attach to the ends of the 38" look out blocks to cap off your front and rear overhangs
Does not include any sort of plywood/OSB sheathing

Note: This truss package has been stored outside atop 2 pallets for at least 4 years

Attention: The successful bidder must arrive with an adequate vehicle &/or Flat deck trailer to load and remove this unit from its location.
