Visual Condition: Good
Scatches and chipping in paint. Left side of the backrest attachment is bent and cracked at bolt (see last 3 photos).

Operational Condition: Poor
Battery needs to be replaced; not accepting a charge. Carriage looks to be undamaged but not known for sure. Overall operational condition unknown.
