Sheds are being sold as-is, buyer is solely responsible for removal and transportation to the new site. For viewing arrangements and to arrange buyer pick up dates/times. It is recommended that potential buyers physically examine the structural Integrity.

The structural parts of each shed have various degrees of deterioration from weather and pest activity. Including but not limited to the floor frames and decking, wall studs, top plates, siding (wood and vinyl), and roof sheathing. Each shed requires new shingles. The sheds also require adjustments to doors and hinges (possibly new hardware), siding replacement/repairs, and repainting. All sizes are approximate and may vary in actual measurements.

Successful bidder will be required to produce proof of purchase and Driver’s License or Government issued Picture ID when picking up item(s).

This item must be picked up at the Michener Services located at 2 Michener Rd Red Deer, Alberta between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00pm Monday – Friday (excluding statutory holidays) after prior arrangements have been made with Surplus Sales.
