Colour: Light pitted grey exterior with black trim/fascia, front door and a green shingled roof

No holes in floor upon inspection
Numerous floor vents primarily used for fresh air, ventilation and to reduce condensation
Interior has various wood paneling
Back window has been boarded over
Old ceiling tile partitions- may require attention
Numerous Interior AC outlets
Electrical box with 6 breakers - as pictured
Built-in workbench/shelves- as pictured
Switch by entrance to operate Light and possibly ceiling fan
Exterior siding: Heavy wooden plank (heavily pitted)
Shingle roof
No eavestrough or down spouts
No holes in roof noted
Holes in exterior wall and at front for generator wiring & side for exhaust
Front door that closes, latches and locks
Door will require a new doorknob or entry set
Unit was built on a metal skid for easy pick-up and transporting
